It has great voice clarity, easy joystick to navigate. It is not rocket science to use all the features on this phone. The only grouse I have is, the recent calls list is not easily accessible, need to go through a loop, when we are in a hurry, it is hard sometimes. We use this phone for more than 5-6 hours a day at a stretch for office calls and the battery life is excellent. The color screen is definitely a welcome change. ...more

But this one Rocks. I have this phone since July 2008, Believe me this is one of the best phone ever i had. It uses a pair of Rechargeable AAA battries which is excellent. Amazingly the charge on it lasts for much longer than most of the cordless phones that I have used. Usage of Cordless phones in our house is quite a bit. Every weekend we make international calls talking to friends and family and we use the Speaker phone feature quite a bit.
